Oops... I Arted!

On this weblog I will post cartoon strips, drawings, one panel cartoons, sketches, and updates on the Lubbock comics community. I hope to get feedback, increase my artistic skills, and get 'those' ideas out of my head. Feel free to critique me.

There I sat all broken hearted,
tried to draw but only Arted.
Now I choose not to sweat it,
I can Art and not regret it.

A Virus and Christmas Denouement.

My computer recently caught an annoying, but not fatal, virus. I have been working nearly two weeks to set it right, and finally I have. So, here we go:

I went to dinner with my father on Wednesday, and gave him this.
That's right. It does exist. I'm not crazy (at least not that crazy). The credit card wallet from my Feb 14th cartoon post found it's way to me through my Mother-In-Law. I must say, she is a kind and thoughtful woman. Sometime after reading my cartoon she found the wallet in a catalog, and ordered it for Dad. He was pleased that it still existed, but will continue to use the one I gave him until it wears out.

Thats all for now.

Hi Badkins,

I am a writer and I research gift ideas for e-books on original gift ideas for Christmas and other events like Valentine's, Easter etc. I also organize gift ideas per receiver, like for babies, for kids, for teens, for grandparents, for dog lovers, for him, for her, etc Or I organize them by category like romantic gifts and inexpensive gifts. In my research I also go through blogs that mention gifts and gift ideas or events like Christmas. That is how I came upon your blog this post. I would appreciate if you would share just one successful gift idea with me, for instance a Christmas gift for a teen. I hope that my question doesn't annoy you. And I apologize if it does. I thought if I'd just ask enough people I'd wind up with plenty of good ideas to share with others again. That is what networking is all about, right? Or let's call it the spirit of Christmas. Let me know if I can do something for you. You can find my free e-books with gift ideas here: http://www.100mostoriginalgiftideas.com. God bless.
